With the largest increase in postage in years, we are trying to look at more effective ways of communicating with members.
Option 1: If you have moved house recently, please bring in an up to date utility bill, bank statement or offical document with your new address, please also bring in photographic ID with you (passport, drivers license). Each year, we post over 25,000 statements to members, a proportion of which are returned. It is vital that you update your address or else your private financial information could be send to your old address.
Option 2: Update your communication preferences - this can be done here or in any of the branches.
Option 3: Register for online banking here and you can subscribe to estatements and eAGM notices.
